Staff were super friendly and helpful. My corner room on the 11th floor was spacious with great views of the Empire State Building. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Loved the fitness centre and the lobby bar was perfect for coffee or cocktails. All the amenities were there—like a mini fridge, hairdryer, and free toiletries.
